UK e-Government Metadata Standard (e-GMS v1)

The United Kingdom released the first version of the e-Government Metadata Standard (e-GMS) in 2001 as part of its e-Government Interoperability Framework. e-GMS v1.0 was based on simple Dublin Core with six additional elements to cover public-sector needsacademic-publishing.org.
