DCMI Organizational Structure
1998, the Dublin
In 1998, the Dublin Core community established a formal organizational structure to support the growing initiative. A DCMI Directorate and Policy Advisory Committee (PAC) were formed to guide strategydlib.org. These steps laid the groundwork for DCMIs evolution from an ad-hoc workshop series into a sustained initiative with governance and working groups.
